Support sees the symptom. Engineering needs the trace.
FaultTrail is an early-stage product for AI SaaS teams that hear, “the AI gave the wrong answer.” It is being designed to connect that report to the relevant run data and context, then create a human-reviewed handoff for engineering.
The goal is not to guess the root cause. FaultTrail should show what happened, what is still missing, and the most likely explanations. A cause is only confirmed when the evidence is strong enough or an engineer verifies it.
FaultTrail is still being built. There are no live integrations, automated investigations, customer-data uploads, or issue-writing workflows available today. Questions about the early pilot are welcome at faulttrail@gmail.com.
